Is a dream something outside of you that you connect with once in a while to get away from your life? Could be. But dreams are much more than that. They are what make us Human. Dreams reveal the colour of our essence, our uniqueness, and are the driving force behind our actions. As adults, we have taken on responsibilities that seem to sometimes compete with our ability to fulfill our dreams. But what truly stops us in our tracks is doubt and fear, simply because moving towards our dreams brings change and unknowns. So, how do we move past that? My friend Axel and I have found that the answer is to build our trust muscles and untangle the emotions that come up when we are faced with hard-to-make choices that would put our dreams in motion. Through his research on transformation and ancient wisdom as well as his own life experiences, Axel identified three action forces that come into play when we are faced with decisions. In order to bring them to life and understand their voices, he translated them into three easy-to-recognize archetypes. These archetypes are intuitively simple to connect with because they use clear emotional language and have a distinctive lens through which they see life. By observing our emotional language and words, we can identify which archetypes are triggered in relation to the decision at stake and bring them back into harmony. That is how we build trust and find the courage to take the next step. When all three archetypes feel balanced and aligned, the right decision becomes easier to make, and the path ahead becomes clear. On August 31, Axel and I will introduce a group of curious experiencers like you to these fundamental archetypes and show them how easy it is to understand their emotional language and find the tools to bring them back into balance. We all have some knowledge and understanding of what these archetypes are, so the idea is not to teach you about them or how they came to be. The best way to work with these archetypes is to experience them. So just a heads up: if you are really interested in theoretical workshops, this one isn't for you! We are calling it an "experiential encounter", as you will be guided through specifically designed meditations to sense and recognize the voice of these universal archetypes manifesting themselves within you to convey their wisdom about your big dream. At the end of this event, these archetypes will become your friendly co-pilots that you consult when choices come your way on your journey to your dreams. You will know how to tap into their wisdom and receive some helpful guidance about your most important dream. This is a rare opportunity to have both myself, flying all the way from New Zealand, and my masculine counterpart Axel facilitate this encounter in person, as we usually deliver our workshops online. Will you seize this opportunity?
Breathing life into our dreams is how we bring them to life. Oh, and in case you're worried that there won't be anything left to strive for if you achieve your dreams, just know that it's actually when the real fun begins ;) Big hug, |

Dear Reader, How do you feel? If you have followed the Olympics or watched interviews with people who have accomplished something great or heroic, you might have noticed that one of the first questions they get asked is: How does it feel? We have a natural eagerness to know and understand how people who stand out of the crowd and accomplish great things feel. A potent mixture of positive emotions such as pride, joy, victory, freedom, and accomplishment, reflected back to us, is intoxicating...
Dear Reader, Have you ever played this game where you try to spot odd things, like yellow cars on a long drive? Unless you live in New York City, where it snows yellow cabs, you probably don't see many yellow cars on the road. This is especially true in New Zealand's countryside. That didn't stop my kids and I from spotting nine different ones on our journey to Hamilton over the weekend! By an uncanny coincidence, we happen to leave home at just the right moment to see not just one, but two...
Dear Reader, Have you caught yourself using the words "I should" or "I have to" since reading the last Commander's Report? Is it dawning on you, even just a little, how much of your day seems preordained by outside forces, and how much room there is for you to take more command of your life? Coming to this awareness is a potent accelerator. Regardless of what you might think, realizing that you don't always feel like the captain of your own ship is a wonderful thing. The reason is very...
